Working with Lighthouse Surveyors, we completed the CAT A Refurbishment of Building 4 within Dorking Business Park for Real Estate IM.
The building is 15,000 sq ft within an out of town business park in Surrey. The works involved the full internal and external refurbishment, as well as creating an extended top floor utilising existing redundant plantrooms.
The 28 week project was completed to high standard and was well received by everyone involved, this was our first project for Real Estate IM, Absolute have now completed three further projects for this valued client.
