We were engaged by Kingshott Holdings to complete a £7.5m refurbishment and fit out of The Junction, Iveco House. This is an 80,000 sq. ft. office space above Watford Junction station.

Over 39 weeks, we were involved from the initial budgeting and feasibility stage through to practical completion. The extensive works included the full refurbishment of the office spaces as well as the common parts, Cat A, Cat B, newly created washrooms and a unique modern reception area. Mechanical and electrical installations, including the lift, were completed on a design and build basis.
